Welcome to Nano Banana, Aggiii AI's advanced image generation platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our platform and define your rights and responsibilities.

Account Requirements

Authentication Required

Nano Banana requires user authentication for all features. Anonymous usage is not supported. You must create and maintain a valid account to access the platform.

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Maintenance

• Keep your contact information current and accurate
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

Credit System & Pricing

Credit Requirements

• Text2Image (Common): 10 credits
• Text2Image (Ultra): 20 credits
• Edit Mode: 10 credits
• Multi Mode: 10 credits
• Iterative Mode: +10 credits per round

Credit Policy

• Credits are pre-held before generation
• No refund if any image succeeds
• Full refund only when all images fail
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable

Pre-Hold System

Nano Banana uses a pre-hold credit system to ensure fair resource allocation. Credits are held before generation begins and are only refunded if the entire generation process fails completely. If any image is successfully generated, credits are consumed regardless of individual image quality or user satisfaction.

Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation systems to ensure compliance with our usage guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, or permanent termination of service access.

Generated Content Rights

🎨 Your Rights

Ownership: You own the images you generate through Nano Banana.

Commercial Use: Full commercial usage rights are included with all generations.

Modification: You may edit, modify, or transform generated images freely.

Distribution: You may share, sell, or distribute your generated content.

SynthID Watermarking

All generated images contain SynthID watermarks embedded at the model level. These watermarks are invisible but help identify AI-generated content for authenticity verification. This watermarking is applied by the AI model itself and cannot be removed.

Attribution

While not required, attribution to Nano Banana or Aggiii AI is appreciated when sharing generated content. You are free to use generated images without attribution for commercial purposes.

Platform Features & Limitations

Generation Modes

Text2Image: Create images from text descriptions. Ultra quality available.

Edit: Transform existing images with AI. Requires one input image.

Multi: Combine 1-3 images with text prompts for complex compositions.

Iterative: Refine images through multiple generations for perfect results.

Technical Limits

• Maximum 3 input images for Multi mode
• Image upload size limits apply
• Generation queue limits during peak times
• Processing time varies by complexity
• Output quality depends on model capabilities

Service Availability

Best Effort Service: We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. New features may be added, and existing features may be improved or removed.

Model Updates: AI models may be updated or replaced to improve quality and capabilities. This may affect generation results and consistency over time.

Account Termination

User-Initiated

• You may delete your account at any time
• Export your data before deletion
• Unused credits are forfeited upon deletion
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

Service-Initiated

• Violations of terms may result in suspension
• Repeated violations lead to permanent termination
• No refunds for terminated accounts
• Appeal process available for disputed terminations

Liability & Disclaimers

Service "As Is": Nano Banana is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, generation quality, or service availability.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for your use of generated content and compliance with applicable laws. We are not liable for how you use generated images.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Nano Banana after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
